[MADE BY SAFAH]

The short autumn breeze rustled the female's coat, golden eyes glossy with joy as she bounced her way across the forest's floor. Tongue lolled from slightly parted jaws and her gaze searched for the path that her feet shall follow. She was exhausted, helpless, simply for lack of better word- and failed to find any sort of comfort. Tail swished at her hindquarters, it's tip slapping at her hocks as she trotted toward the river bed. It's steady current hushed the area, squirrels and deer made a mad dash away from the water as the predator emerged from the under brush. A soft sigh heaved her chest in a small bit of carelessness, a characteristic typically unknown to the bouncy wolf.

Nostrils flared as she lifted her mug to the heavens, a soft breeze wisping across her face. Autumn had just begun, yet winter was clearly just around the corner. A season she was naturally used to- and often times was anxious for it to arrive. Safah loved the snow, adored it's flawless, bright color that sparkled beneath the sun. Limbs reached out as she trotted down the river bed, her gait bouncy and as lively as the vixen was young. Pads hit the waters edge with a splash, sending water to spray at her face and chest, her slim figure shivering under the heavy sense of coldness that it brought upon her.

Jaws parted and her tongue fell to the river's twirling, glassy surface, the water's crystal clear mirror reflecting her appearance back into her eyes. It surprised the naive one a bit, falling slightly back on her hindquarters and lifting her feet- as if she was prepared to dash away from the intruder. Head cocked slightly and she turned, dashing up stream and snapping at the fish that dodged about her ankles. She was nearly soaking wet, thick fur dripping back into the river, her figurine trembling from the cold. The wind's gasp felt like needles stabbing into her sides, her knees shaken. Tail wagged feverishly at her rump, it's tip sending water flying to and fro. A sharp yowl exploded from her mug, the pain of a bite clamping at her heels. Limbs sent her flying upward, clearly out of the water then flopping back down. She growled and snapped at the river's surface, ears swiveling back against her skull as she chased the invisible perpetrator down stream. The current and the slippery rocks below nearly swept her off her feet, creating more excitement and adrenaline. She was trembling, horribly shaking from a mixture of the freezing cold and her own heart beat. Sharp howls and yips chimed her vocal chords as she bounced and played, retreating further up stream to attempt to catch some "little fishies" that were coming down. Whether they were real or not, she wasn't really sure, nor did she care. It was alive in her head, her imagination, and thats all that Safah really needed. She was her own source of entertainment, and there certainly couldn't be anything wrong with that... or could there...

[MADE BY ILULIAK]

Mobscene

Her gait was slow, the path she traveled upstream of the two adjacent rivers was well worn by the hooves of long gone doe and wolves, perhaps some had even stepped upon this path many years ago. The burs from a thicket snagged into her flaming red coat and she bit back a snarl, knowing that as close as was to the riverbank, the fish were likely to hear the sound. Or something like that. Her almost comically large ears flicked forward, and she lingered by the riverbank, leaning over the water and watching the sihlouettes of small fish drift by. She was famished, and didn't plan on taking a teeny, tiny thing for dinner. She was in the big leagues, you could say, she wanted something large. A bass, or a trout for instance.

Her muzzle hovered, jaws gaping wide and teeth gleaming in a malicious predatory smile, as she aimed, and then, struck. However, at that same moment she decided to dive for her fish, a wolf quickly approached, splashing and bouncing around like some kind of lunatic buffoon. This series of events led up to Mobscene diving for the fish, which had fled in response to the unknown stranger's insane antics, and the arrival of the female had caused Mob to turn her head at the last moment. This chain of reactions cauesd the sleek maned wolf to tobble over, and fall into the clear water's cold depths.

With alot of splashing and cursing, the now angry and soaking wet Mobscene sat up in the water, prosterior braced atop her muscular haunches. "You imbecile!" She snarled, lips peeling back from her yellowed enamel to flash them threateningly at the other female. Her firey pelt was now plastered to her hide, making her look comical. Her dark eyes smoldered angrily, infuriation mounted as she glared expectantly at Safah. Yeah, Mob was big-headed enough to believe she was owed an apology. That was just her style.

[MADE BY SAFAH]

A giggle emerged from Safah's quivering body, whilst she jumped back as the other female toppled over into the river. A quite gasp parted her jaws and she came closer, preparing to aid the fallen wolf if need be. "Oh gosh! I'm sorry, I didn't see you there." She couldn't help but giggle at the sopping maned wolf once more, the image was priceless. Mug stuck out at the strange vixen or a moment and Safah trotted a half circle about her, to come face to face with the other wolf. Water droplets sprang up and cascaded from her prance, even a small bit after she'd become still. Tail wagged her rump in excitement, her figure trembling harder than it already had been from the cold. It took a lot for her to hold in her giggles, and quite frequently she ignored her manners and let them loose- loud and clear. She bent down onto her forelegs and barked playfully, pouncing upward and sending a wave at the stranger. "I'm Safah! Whats your name?!" She inquired excitedly, talking so fast that it was almost a surprise she didn't trip over her words. She barked again and backed up a step, her tail shaking water back and forth as it swung with glee.

"Imbecile??" She repeated with a c.ock of her head, accompanied by many giggled. "Silly-nilly! I'm not the one that fell into the water!" She bounced a pace forward, sending more water splaying about, her tongue franticly lolling from her jaws. Golden eyes took in the other female, muffled giggles emitting from her vocal chords. She pounced at the stranger, her nose landing about a centimeter away from the other wolf's, golden eyes crossed to stare at it. "Wunna-pay?" Her oddly slurred words raced from her mouth and she pounced at the other female once more, displacing water in waves, shooting them up- then she would giggle as they rained back down. She backed up a few steps and barked, her feet sliding across the wet tops of the rocks below.

Fish darted as she bounced about, fearing that they may get stepped on or, of their paranoia, eaten by the rather insane female. No, she didn't really eat fish.. She mostly took up squirrels, rabbits, and birds, rarely taking on a deer. She claimed to be bored with other animals, stating that the smaller ones put up a better chase. But everything in the world was a game to Safah. Oh how she loved games! Everything was a game. Catching a squirrel wasn't dinner. Catching a squirrel was proving that she was faster, that she won't the race. Safah almost never walked. She was always running, jumping, bouncing her way anywhere she went. She was an oddly hyper and curious creature, and she'd been inquired many times why she hadn't been a road pizza, or why she hadn't been shot yet. She still didn't really have an answer for such questions, and whenever she went to answer them- the other wolf generally walked away. This confused her, quite a bit, but she just as easily could bound off and find a butterfly to play with. Oh my how she loved butterflies...

Mobscene"I wanna ditch the logical."
_________ ¢¾ a disaster in progress ___________
Sharp, attentive eyes caught hold of Safah and locked on, though it forced her to constantly keep her gaze in motion, seeing as how this ADD-infested canine didn't seem to want to stay still for longer than a few fleeting seconds at a time. This was one time she was thankful for her large ears, knowing that was probably the only thing that gave her the capability to decipher the swiftly spoken words of the multicolored female. Safah, She mentally repeated it, engraving it in the walls of her mind under the classification of absolute basket case.

The frequency of the female's insistant barks were ear-piercing to the maned wolf, and she allowed her gaze to frost over and harden in irritation, upper lip curving upward to allow the gleam of her enamel to be flashed. "Mobscene.." She replied simply, the foul taste of the water still lingering in her mouth. Personally, she disliked the smell and taste of the slippery aquatic creatures but hey, food was food, right? Beggars can't be choosers. Silly-nilly? A wild, confused look plastered itself across the deceptive female's face. What was wrong with this wolf? A soft sigh escaped her lips and she fastened her gaze attentively on her once again.

She was making her edgy, and Mob didn't appreciate it one bit. The ignorance of her comment sparked more annoyance in the firey colored female and she failed to supress a growl that rose to the hollow of her throat. "Well, Safah, without your help, I certainly wouldn't have been taking a swim, now would I?" Much to Mobscene's dismay, the female continued to get her more and more soaking wet by her crazed splashing. Then, she dared to come close enough to nearly touch her snout. A growl vibrated in her throat region, and she bit back her urge to attack and maim this strange, strange creature.

Play. That was something Mobscene had barely done in her lifetime, she'd been too busy plotting the demise of those in her way for her quest for power to do such things. So, when the crazed female asked if she'd like to play, a look of sheer perplexion crossed her facade. Unblinking dark eyes fixed, burnt auburn eyes unwavering from her constant and steady stare on the female. Then, within a split second, the reckless female's patience broke and she rose from her haunches and shot off like a rocket towards Safah, all in one heartbeat, a smooth motion. But, Safah was likely to misinterpert this as play. And maybe, in Mobscene's own strange way, it was.
