Not many wolves are allowed in this den without special permission from the alphas themselves. At night, this place is almost always occupied by them, so unless you are feeling daring, do not enter without any type of request.
Covering most of the Shan lands, these gently rolling hills are abudant with soft, green grass. The only flat area of this land would the be the pack densite, which takes place on a sort of plateau. This land is abudant with small prey, though during the breeding season for the caribou, they often come to the land for safe delivery. Few trees can be found here, only a few saplings here and there. It is a peacful-looking area. Several wolves come here for sight-seeing.
During the winter, chunks of ice can be found, and in extreme cases, the river actually freezes solid. Even on the hottest day in the peak of summer, this water remains frigid. Highly dangerous to the younger wolves, it is a challenge even for the most battle-scarred wolf. Despite its dangerous temperature, the most delicious fish can be found here if you are in the mood for a snack. The water is clear, and tasty if you are in desperate need of a drink. In some places it is as smooth as glass, but others its high, dangerous rapids. Bears can be found here during samon breeding season.
At the very edge of the entire valley, a steep cliff is set over the Loner land for all viewing wolves. It drops almost fifty feet and no grass or sign of life is present. It is pure rock and stone, almost like a desert. The entire valley below had once been filled with water, but now remains as just a beginning for all wolves wanting an end.
